Users report the Seek Thermal iOS app as unstable and poorly supported. The device often fails to recognize the camera or requires clunky USB-C/Lightning adapters, especially on newer iPhones. The app cannot find my SEEK compact. I also cannot load any informatinal videos to explain how the app works while inside of the app. Only on youtube. It is very slow and buggy, and I cannot get the app or the camera to function...BUYERS BEWARE.

Disappointed… I’ve contacted support for adapters and they just said to go to Amazon. Didn’t recommend any specific adapter. Bought 2 different sets. Neither worked… very disappointing to have an expensive dust collector that could be so incredibly useful.😠😠
