2026-05-09	It*****	1. Why am I having to turn off my device and turn it back on just to view Fast Balance info? On top of that I get an error message if I don’t restart my device. 2. If you don’t sign out of the app but allow it to time out so it has to sign you out automatically, when you attempt to sign back in, after typing in all of your info, instead of actually signing you in you get a message that your previous session timed out and you need to sign in again, even though that’s what you’re trying to do: trying to sign in. It won’t let you sign-in the first try, it decides to give you a MESSAGE instead, THEN you have to re-enter your sign-in details a SECOND TIME. Error message pops up if you try to use the app again after that, then you have to restart your device. Why waste time “updating” an app only to make it worse than what it was?😐 Why am I still using this bank😒? You’re making me question my life decisions.

2026-03-20	Bo*****	Why can I not see my deposit that I made this morning via this useless abandoned app? My last deposit was NOT a week ago, it was THIS MORNING!!! I swear to god I’m looking for a new bank over the weekend I’m SICK of this BS!! The fast balance doesn’t match the ACTUAL balance! I have to sign-in to see my true balance which defeats the point of enabling FAST 🤦‍♀️balance!

2025-05-05	CA*****	Is it just me or does anyone else have issues when expanding their account information and recent transactions? I have to click it many times before either will finally load and show me details of my account and recent transactions. It’s been like this for over a year or so and finally driven me crazy enough to write a review. Orherwise, App is fine. Just annoying to see the details of my account.
