Users generally praise the app for being easy to use and the strong customer service, but repeatedly note recurring drawbacks: login/authentication problems, slower performance and instability, and unreliable transfers/deposits (external transfers and mobile deposits).

Pros

Very easy to use and user-friendly mobile app.
Excellent, friendly customer service and knowledgeable support.
Long-standing relationship with BOK with a broad, functional app used daily for personal and business needs.

Cons

Authentication/login reliability issues (Face ID/login delays, and occasional account lockouts requiring password resets).
Performance and stability problems (slow loading after login, freezing, and unresponsiveness across iOS versions).
Transfers and deposits reliability problems (missing external transfers and frequent mobile deposit issues).

Recent reviews

Please add an option to refresh the banking accounts for after a transaction has gone through. Currently, you have to completely close out of the app and reopen and resign in to refresh the accounts. Add in a refresh button or option to refresh all the accounts while in the app please.
