Recent reviews

My garbage was was to picked up May 15, 2026 and it 5 days and no one has come yet. I have called and they said they was coming out and another day has passed. It’s May 19 now and still no garbage pickup. I thought I was the only one but I found out that the whole neighborhood wasn’t picked up. I’m surprised we didn’t a text or something about any delay in service

Trying to submit an order service but when I fill out the comments field, it keeps saying “Invalid characters” and doesn’t tell me what’s causing it!!! I then submit the request with no comments and I get an auto-response saying they need additional info from me. HELLO!!!!! The stupid trash app won’t let me fill out the damn field!!!
