This app blows so much. Half of the features don't even work, and when they do it's laggy and unresponsive.

Online bill pay is "offered" but never works. Every single time you try to use it, it will say error unable to submit payment. Auto pay does not work through the app either. I have to call and make my payment every three months.The app is only good for checking my balance when it shows up but even then I get emails for that, so this app is not worth the space it takes up on your phone.
