Features & Capabilities

Procedure Log is a secure, customizable iOS app designed for physicians, residents, medical students, and other healthcare learners to document procedures. Entries are securely kept on the iOS device and are not sent to any outside server. Reports are password-protected PDFs (encrypted with AES-128) and encrypted CSVs, zipped with AES-256, to support HIPAA security. Demo videos are available at http://goo.gl/ZRC8gt.

Key features include customizable lists for procedures, diagnoses, and complications; the ability to log multiple procedures per patient; capture patient photos; supervisor signatures; sorting by date, patient, procedure, and location; and password-protected exports via email, AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or Dropbox. Data can be backed up to iCloud or iTunes, and a Help section provides backup/restoration guidance.

Camera doesn’t work and is useless, I’m unable to scan barcodes

Easy interface. Takes very little time to update. Editable to my specialty. Happy with the product so far.

This app is terrible! I have lost data three times, including over 400 procedure records. Shame on me for continuing to use it again and again. I did like the format and ease of entry, plus the PDF reports are nice. But every time I go to log in again after a period of not using it, all my data is gone again. Not worth it, especially if you need a reliable way to record your procedures, such as for hospital credentialing.
