Slate Recall

Slate Recall is an application designed to make keeping track of your surgical cases and procedures simple.

There's tons do do post op: OR note, transfer the patient, write prescriptions, orders, and catch up on pages. Its easy to omit tracking your cases especially as a trainee.

With Slate Recall, adding a case is as simple as pulling your phone out of your pocket. Keep track of the date, procedure, specialty, subspecialty, attending, city & province/state/territory, degree of participation, level of training, and any notes about each case you do as you go about through your day. Now you can even add a photo.

Data can be exported to a spreadsheet and sent via email or iMessage to backup or upload to an alternate case tracker if required by your program.

This app is free and there's no in app purchases or hidden fees anywhere. As a surgical resident I felt a good app needed to exist to track my cases, and I want to share my creation.

FEATURES:

1. Quick addition

• Cases can be added in a matter of seconds. Jot down all the details about your case in a flash. All cases can be edited in the future if the need arises.

1. Export cases

• Your database of cases can be exported to a spreadsheet, which can be emailed or sent via iMessage.

1. Summary & Photo Library

• A glance at how many cases by specialty you have done, along with a photo library that displays all of your images.
• Search through all of your cases, sort by any criteria you'd like
