Reviews consistently complain about reliability and connectivity: the Bluetooth pairing often fails and the app doesn’t recognize the bed, crashes are common after iOS updates, and users must unplug/replug to regain function. Missing or non-working under-bed light/auto-sense features, plus poor multi-bed support (no independent control and risk of cross-pairing) compound the problems. While early versions reportedly worked better, current software is unstable and frustrating for many users.

I had the old prodigy 2 app and it worked great, but when I bought a new phone, that was no longer an option. I’ve tried multiple times to use this app, but it won’t recognize my bed! It’s connected to Bluetooth on my phone but the app doesn’t recognize it.

This app has always preformed poorly. dropping connection, connecting to the wrong bed, etc… But since ios 15 the app has been a complete waste… timers & alarms broken not to mention you can’t even access favorite positions anymore. got even worse w/ ios 15.4.
