Fitness Preparation

Fitness Preparation adopts MARSOC's performance and resilience ideology—focusing on mind, body, and spirit—to help users prepare for demanding physical missions. The extension provides a 10-week training program, with photographs and descriptions of exercises used by MARSOC, along with nutrition guidance to support performance and renewal.

Funded by and developed in cooperation with MARSOC, the app targets the physical aspects of the Assessment and Selection process, helping candidates build the strength and stamina needed for high-tempo, uncertain environments. It also emphasizes mental focus and resilience for sustained readiness and the support of the individual, unit, and family.
