Used it for a long time a few years back. Not perfect but did the job. New update seems great, but really €179 lifetime membership? Not happening…

Tested this app for four sessions. Using as a replacement for Fitify after they reinvented themselves and dropped their paid apps on suspension bands. This app has many of the same exercises and a nice method of organizing and timing. There are some design flaws that became too annoying. Pausing the screen only allows starting from the beginning. No ability to skip an exercise or reorder the exercises. The killer is the audio. Starts out fine, then starts missing prompts and finally stops completely. The only way to time an exercise is to watch the screen.
