I’ve tried several intermittent fasting apps, but this one has become my favorite. It is more engaging and motivating than the others I’ve used, even the paid ones. I haven’t subscribed yet because I want to test it for at least two weeks first. I will return at that time to share my thoughts and any progress I’ve made, and I intend to give it a full five stars.

I've used this app for a long time, and I like the notifications. However, every time there’s a seasonal time change, it doesn’t work properly. There’s no way to adjust it manually, and it doesn’t update automatically like the phone’s clock does
