Yes their app is easy to work with and everything. But when it comes to protecting your money and your accounts, it is far from protected. My account was hacked into and $963 dollars was stolen when I didn’t even have an active card in my possession, was waiting for a new card in the mail. I live in NC and my card was apparently activated in Fl. Where they drafted out my money. All Chime told me that it looked like normal transactions. I still believe that it was an inside job or they don’t care about their customers. So be careful with these people.

I transferred money to my chime account and they took it all out and they told me that they can’t help me and we can’t get your money back so I’m never using this bank ever again
