Recent reviews

I’ve banked with this bank for over 35 years since I was a teenager and even before it became Choice bank. App was updated and the option to login with a PIN number for quick login was removed and can only login with password or biometrics. I REFUSE to do biometrics. I do not want my face or thumbprint stored in ANY device. I either want my option to select a pin back or please add an additional security level with something like a 2FA text a code.

Transfers to an external account are awkward. I don’t feel confident that it’s going to the right account. For instance, transferring to my Wells Fargo brokerage account.
