Worthless Can’t connect my hearing aids to the app. Why have two different apps if you can only use one? Why change it from one app to two apps? I had all the different settings in the one app and then they go and change it. Worthless app and waste of time trying to figure it out.

I have been using the resound app for almost five years. In the past six months I have had to delete and reboot the app weekly. It locks on Restaurant Mode, which I do not use. Only way to resolve is delete and reload.

As the other stated review I updated to IPhone 16 - not being able to pair - trying over and over - finally pairs then no connection over and over again- what’s the problem??? I make phone calls then realize calls aren’t going through my hearing aids because “not connected “ !!! I’ve been trying to connect through Bluetooth then finish with app or vice versa nothing works - totally aggravating! Somebody fix this !!!
