User Reviews

Users generally praise the app as easy to use with strong sleep tracking and convenient bed control for multiple sleepers. However, the experience is marred by connectivity problems, slow response times, and unreliable sleep metrics. Frequent resets and occasional bugs further hinder reliability. When it works, the app provides valuable insights and controls, but consistency is a frequent topic of feedback.
Pros
  • Easy to use with an intuitive design
  • Robust sleep tracking with actionable insights (fall asleep time, restlessness, sleep score, circadian rhythm feedback)
  • Convenient bed control via the app, including per-user firmness and head/foot adjustments
  • Alerts/notifications for bed status or when sleep numbers are off (useful for health considerations)
Cons
  • Slow or delayed response when adjusting settings (latency after button presses)
  • Frequent connectivity issues (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth), sometimes requiring resets or unreliable syncing
  • Sleep score and metrics can be inconsistent or unreliable (misleading scores, loops, and data gaps)
  • Occasional bugs or feature gaps (e.g., foot warmer not staying on, confusing interface, data not recording)

Had a great experience with Brandon (Saginaw, MI) who explained everything and answered all our questions about all the different models. Tried several mattresses. Didn’t feel pressured at all.

Most of the time, my side of the bed doesn’t track my sleep. It doesn’t hold air and it’s frustrating to have spent so much on a bed to not have it work properly. I’ve had technicians out three times to fix it and replace parts and it still doesn’t work properly.
