Used for months without any success. Incredibly expensive paper weight. They will continue to charge you a subscription fee if you’re not careful.

I have tried many things to improve sleep including behavior (eg, wake up time, light exposure, eating habits), supplement (melatonin, ashwagandha, magnesium, PS100, etc to the “sleep stack”), to everything else. With Somnee, it made everything work smoothly and I have seen positive impact quickly. Also, the customer service is top notch!! Can’t recommend enough.
