I just tried to use the app and wasn’t logged in - so I tried logging in again and got a notification my deletion request had been received. WHAT?! I DID NOT REQUEST A DELETION - WHAT IS GOING ON???

Devastated. The app does not work. I am unable to connect. Despite hours on the phone with Phillips tech teams. They even sent me a new light and that one is also unable to connect.
