Sleepwave has literally changed my life. Gentle alarm tones, integrated sleep monitoring, and a big orange snooze button that my tired brain actually uses if I need 5 more minutes. Wake up window over 15 minutes with different tones at different times, so you are going to wake up. The songs are loud enough and not obnoxious, rather soothing. Delightful. Innovative. If I could give more stars I would. Apple alarms needs to take notes or partner with this company. I am so impressed with this product. FREE. Try it.

I’ve used this for almost 2 years now. It helps me wake up early, in a gentle way. It tracks a bunch of stuff I don’t really use, but if you’re wanting an alarm that isn’t anxiety-filled, this one is it.
