Features & Capabilities

EveryCircuit is a mobile-friendly circuit simulator that makes electronics intuition tangible. Build analog or digital circuits, run real-time simulations, and see dynamic voltage, current, and charge animations. Use the analog knob to tune parameters and generate input signals with your finger, so you can explore Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws, and device models in a hands-on way. The app's lightweight, mobile-optimized engine brings realistic circuit behavior to your fingertips.

Features include a growing components library, automatic wire routing, oscilloscope with I-V curves, schematic editor, saving/loading circuits, and cloud storage to sync across devices. It supports DC, AC, and transient analyses, thousands of public community circuits, and a distraction-free UI. Free to download with a one-time full-version purchase to unlock larger circuits, cloud storage, and cross-device syncing. No ads.

User Reviews

Reviews praise EveryCircuit for its useful, accurate simulation and value as a learning tool, especially for beginners and Arduino learners. However, users repeatedly report nagging licensing and free-vs-paid restrictions, circuit-size limits, missing editing features, and occasional simulation bugs. Many request more ICs/components and a smoother licensing experience. Overall, strong educational and simulation value is tempered by licensing frustrations and stability/feature gaps.
Pros
  • Powerful simulation that helps design and understand circuits.
  • Accurate results, making it a reliable learning/design tool.
  • Good for beginners/Arduino learners, with educational value.
Cons
  • Free version is heavily restricted and licensing is frustrating/inconsistent.
  • Circuit size is limited in the free version (large circuits trigger upgrade).
  • Missing editing features like copy/paste, select/move, etc.
  • Occasional simulation bugs and reliability issues (capacitor charging, start/stop quirks).
  • Limited IC/component library; request for more components.

I’d pay $15 for full version. But the extremely limited components kind of ruins it for me as a useful tool. Get on it folks. Icircuit is the only alternative.
