I purchased a ticket from Beaumont to Houston like a do frequently on your bus. They have been times that I thought I missed the bus, but what really was happening was that y’all rerouted the bus and didn’t even tell your passenger which caused me to buy a new ticket instead of being reimbursed. The only way I found this out was I was there with another and we were tracking the bus and saw how you just changed it up that’s wrong. And you costed me money.

I am currently sitting on a FlixBus with both Greyhound and FlixBus passengers. I am in the back of the bus next to a stranger even though I paid for 2A and 2B. I paid for my seat and the seat next to me. The bus was once again overbooked, and I was told to find any empty seat. I am neurodivergent and quite wiggly with the stress. The bus should Not have been overbooked! This is the third time this has happened to me in the past four trips. I am beyond frustrated! I have no difficulty traveling alone when everything goes according to plan even with my disability. It seems like FlixBus/Greyhound could care less if people pay for two seats or pay for a seat near the front. People like me can just waste our money as far as they are concerned.
