Buses are CLEAN, Seats are COMFY, Drivers are PLEASANT & SAFE (which is VERY important on these Icey Roads), Prices are REASONABLE, and Cancellation Policy is the BEST!

The app does not accurately reflect which rides have been sold out so you don’t know until you try to pay and get an error. Also the email verification links don’t work 90% of the time which creates a dead end for the user flow. Please fix this is basic UX
