Support needs to be 24 hours and bilingual. There should be an option in the app to reschedule and refund tickets. Otherwise it’s simply a scam

I bought two tickets from Albany to NYC last weekend through the app, specifically with Fox Bus. The app generated two QR codes for boarding, but when the bus arrived, the driver told me my tickets weren’t for that company. I had to wait an hour for the next bus, which allowed me to board. However, when I arrived at the Albany bus terminal, I was charged an extra $10 for “rescheduling,” even though I wasn’t rescheduling — I was just taking the trip I had originally purchased. I tried to explain, but they wouldn’t listen. The app should improve the ticket purchase process and communication with bus companies to avoid these kinds of issues. Very frustrating and disappointing. I don’t recommend using it if you value your time and money.
