GS-911wifi is an app for BMW motorcycles that pairs with a HEX GS-911wifi diagnostic interface. It enables quick mobile setup, registration, and connection to your GS-911wifi—no laptop or extra software required. Once connected, you can access the full range of diagnostic features directly from your device.

It supports reading ECU information and fault codes, live sensor data, resetting service reminders, and advanced diagnostic functions. Emergency data is available offline, while many service functions require internet access. The GS-911wifi interface works with the BMW round 10-pin connector (including K1600GT/GTL and R1200GS LC) and is backward compatible with Husqvarna Nuda models. A GS-911 Demo is available inside the app for online simulation without a device.

I really love this device but I also hate it with passion . It needs much much better instructions . Step by step …per Apple or Android . When I can manage to get the device connected to my 1250 GS. It’s an amazing device and I love it, but it’s so difficult to connect. Sometimes I can connect it and sometimes I can’t. Sometimes when I have it in D2 D mode it’s telling me to connect my hotspot because I’m in a garage with no Wi-Fi and while I’m trying to connect the hotspot it disconnects and then I gotta restart and do it all over and go into my settings. This thing is very difficult to use. I am not blasting the company because I think the company is great and whenever I call them, they have great service and they are very understanding and very very helpful and respond quickly, but I just don’t want to have to call them every six months when I use the device. I can imagine what it’s like to design something to be compatible and to work with Bmw as a company and it must be terribly difficult, but I just wish this device was easier to use. I do want to add That I have seen a lot of improvements since I’ve purchased the device and I hope they keep improving it. The problem is I paid a lot of money for this device and I wish it would just work automatically much better.

I have been using my GS-911 WiFi across two different RT’s and it works quite well. Connecting to my network is a challenge once and awhile, but once connected I am more than able to reset service settings, etc. If you own a BMW motorcycle I would suggest getting one, either that or enjoy overpaying for service work at a dealer.
