Recent reviews

The software generally works pretty good , but it does fail with the 2025 X2 which has the new Android based idrive9 software. If the car is not driven for a few days the My BMW phone software will: - fail to unlock the car - fail to start the car - fail to communicate with the car You really can’t trust it enough where it could replace your key FOB. And if it isn’t 100% reliable, what good is it ! Anytime I attempt to use just the software, I always make sure there is someone available at home so I can contact them to bring me the key FOB in case the vehicle fails to recognize my phone. Oh and by the way , my iPhone 17 pro is up to date . And the idrive9 software has been totally replaced by the dealer.
