User Reviews

Overall, users praise Fight Club PFRPG/3.5 as a powerful, flexible character sheet tool with strong customization and helpful math helpers for Pathfinder 3.5. The built-in compendium and support for house rules are frequent highlights. However, the app’s downsides include platform limits (iOS-only with requests for macOS/Android), uneven updates and content gaps (e.g., missing classes like summoner), and several bugs affecting data persistence, spell management, and startup behavior. Some UX quirks and a paywall for multiple characters are also noted. Despite these, many players consider it essential for PF1 games.
Pros
  • Extremely flexible and customizable, including full support for homebrew content, custom items and rules.
  • Eases character creation and math for beginners, with a handy compendium for quick reference.
  • Strong support for Pathfinder 3.5 and reliable for creating characters and NPCs.
  • Accessibility-friendly for players with dyslexia/dyscalculia.
  • Good value for money and long-term use, with many users sticking with it for years.
Cons
  • Platform limitation: iOS-only with no macOS/Android version and reports of issues on M2 Macs.
  • Content/update gaps and delays—not updated regularly, with missing/unsupported classes (e.g., summoner).
  • Bugs and data persistence issues (compendium items disappearing, HD display bug, startup crashes).
  • Spell management is clunky and not reliably updated (spells not organized by level; spell DCs/concentration edits missing).
  • Paywall to create multiple characters and some UX quirks that make it feel less intuitive.

My dm is having us play a 3.5 game and I’ve never played 3.5 so I was excited to find a free app to help with player creation, but I was in the middle of making my character when I found out how limited the race options are :(

This and Fight Club 5 are hands down the best character sheet app that I’ve ever used. Supports all the official content and allows for fully customizable house rule/non-standard vontent as well.
