Users appreciate mobile accessibility and basic scheduling use, and some Kaiser Permanente users report it’s easy to use on mobile. However, the majority cite reliability problems (crashes, freezes, slow loads), persistent login/log-out requirements (no biometric login), lack of iPad landscape support, and navigation/calendar syncing issues.

Pros

Mobile-friendly and easy to view schedules on the go.
Group scheduling works reasonably well and is easy to navigate and modify once learned.
Positive experiences from Kaiser Permanente users, citing ease of use on mobile.

Cons

Frequent freezes, crashes, and slow loading across views.
Persistent login problems: frequent re-logins, credentials not saved, no biometric login.
Lack of landscape support on iPad and a generally limited, non-intuitive UI.
Navigation/scrolling issues and calendar sync problems (need to delete/resync).

Having gone from Qgenda to this program, I can tell you that it is the equivalent of going from a high end luxury car to the Flinstone mobile. I could not hate this program more. As a physician administrator doing the schedule for a busy practice, paper and pencil was faster than this garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have offered numerous times to give direct feedback as an end user to the development team and have never been taken up on my offer. I could go on and on about how terrible this program is!!! 0 out of 10 - do not recommend!!!!!

Slow, awkward display without maximizing useful areas patient to end-user. Maximal incompetence. without use of colors to differentiate and delineate this is a 9th grader written app which probably charges a moderate fortune. Maybe consider physician input other than lowest bidder?

Since the update to iOS 26 I cannot scroll down to see the entire days worth of shifts anymore. The page locks on what is initially viewable but does not allow me to scroll down. Very frustrating.
