I’m giving three stars because I’ve used this device for over 2 years and it’s worked faithfully with only a few minor kinks that I’ve been able to work out with customer service. But now, I’m unable to get anyone from customer service to assist me and the app just says that I have no internet connection and to try again later. That’s been happening now for two days. I most definitely have internet connection on my phone because I have no trouble with any other apps. If I could get someone to assist me, then my opinion would change to at least four stars, but this has caused a huge problem. For an item that’s $120+ this never should be an issue.

Please fix this. I have had all my data here for months tracking my period. Now it says that there’s no network connection when trying to restore my old account. When I 100% have internet connection.

I should have read the reviews entirely before making a purchase. Find another BBT tracker because this one isn’t worth it. 1. A 12 character password is a joke. There should be a higher maximum for password creation. You cannot make a meaningful pass phrase with only 12 characters. 2. I have been using this product for 4 days and already have a low battery notification. If you have to buy a battery weekly it isn’t worth it. 3. This app is NOT good for irregular periods despite anything it might claim. I was 4 months postpartum when I bought this and didn’t have my period yet and it wouldn’t let me use the app at all without entering a “last period” date. Was a women even consulted when this device and app were created?
