Choose between two baby gender prediction methods: Popular Method (based on Landrum Shettles) and Scientific Method (statistical approach by Rodrigo Guerrero), switching anytime in Settings. The full version adds daily pregnancy probability, gender probabilities for each fertile day, overall fertility for your current cycle, and cross-device Apple Health sync. Note: these methods provide probabilistic insights, not guarantees, and this app is for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice.

Keep tracking your menstrual cycles while on a healthy, nutritional daily plan so it can help your body to work with this. In the app aim for the date where it shows the highest rate of chance of pregnancy. I also purchased online the Premama Wellness Cleanser to detox my body from anything that built over the years along with purchasing the Premama Fertility vitamins, and I always took a really good quality Prenatal vitamin daily. I like the garden of life vitamin, so I continued adding that to my nightly supplements before bedtime especially because it had the proper vitamin D which my doctor said is needed for my body.
