I can’t say enough amazing things about Rakuten. Recently, we found out that Rakuten was featuring a mattress company that would save us 15% on a large purchase. We followed every rule in order to receive the cash back. One day after purchasing the mattress, our account showed we weren’t approved the cash back. I contacted Rakuten customer service. I pleaded my case. They went to work on the issue. They stayed in touch with me to share updates. 3.5 months after the purchase, we received our cash back! Great customer service and love making money back. If you shop at all, you should use Rakuten.
