User Reviews

User reviews overwhelmingly criticize FanDuel Sports Network for unreliable streaming, frequent crashes, lag and buffering, and cross-device login issues (including Roku). Many call the price high for the limited content, with blackout games and no playoff coverage. Licensing restrictions mean few teams are available, reducing value. Ads are intrusive and the UI is outdated and hard to navigate. Notifications are often incorrect and generic. Some praise is scarce, with only scattered mentions of replays or basic streaming when it works. Overall, reliability, content availability, and UX problems dominate the feedback.
Pros
Cons
  • Unreliable streaming: frequent crashes, lag, and buffering across devices.
  • Persistent login/out problems and limited cross-device access (e.g., Roku sign-in issues).
  • Poor value for money: high monthly price with limited, inconsistent content and frequent blackouts.
  • Content licensing/blackouts severely limit available games and no playoff coverage.
  • Intrusive ads and a clunky, outdated UI with difficult navigation.

I have great streaming capabilities. I hate that every game I watch is delayed at least 30 seconds or more. I get the updates from the team’s app on my phone way before it’s displayed through the app on my SmartTv. I hate that the app makes me select basically one hockey team LA west and that’s all I have access to?! Way overpriced for what it is. Better off going through some other streaming website.

There’s bad streaming apps, horrendous apps, piles of steaming garbage, and far below that lies the abomination that is FanDuel Sports Network

Do not purchase this app. They went bankrupt and have no teams in Florida now. They charged me $179.99 offering me the Orlando Magic and Miami Marlins (they used to give you all the FL teams, but got greedy and put two tiers splitting the Rays and Marlins and not putting the Magic with the Marlins…probably why they went bankrupt people got fed up) and then they lost the rights to the Marlins but still kept my $90. Apple needs to remove this app from their store as it’s a straight up scam now if anyone pays the $179.99 as there are no teams on there to watch.
