Overall, user reviews are overwhelmingly negative. The top recurring problems are: the app cannot reliably locate or load bookings; date picker and time-zone handling cause wrong or missing dates; frequent crashes, lag, and other reliability issues; check-in and boarding pass flow failing (passport scan, wallet passes, and login redirects to a browser); and a clunky UX with many clicks and limited features compared to other airline apps. A rare note praises easy navigation, but it is outweighed by core functionality gaps and instability.

Recent reviews

This is the worst of the airline apps that I use. The interface is confusing and archaic, while the data and booking information is constantly incorrect. On my 4 most recent flights it reported the wrong class and seat assignments and I had to request a printed ticket to assure the proper seating. Also, if you choose to upgrade your seat, the cost of any prior upgrades or pre-assignments are not credited. Good luck with this one!

Very difficult to find your boarding pass in the app, and my gate number was not shown anywhere at all! Also, when my seat changed, it still showed the old seat leading to confusion. The app is buggy- far more than those for other airlines.
