2023-04-14	RM*****	Recently stopped working. Keep getting error messages and customer service aren’t helpful- advised me to delete and redownload the app only for the same thing to happen.

2021-04-22	ap*****	The app works well except that it constantly refreshes back to the home screen so you lose your place. I could be halfway down the page scrolling through search results and then go into another app to send a text, and when I go back to continue my search, it refreshes to the home page and I lose my progress in the search. Same thing happens trying to do a return, I’ll be filling out the return form, will go to take a picture of a faulty product, then go back to the Iconic app and it refreshes again back to the home screen and I’ve lost my place filling out the form and I have to start all over. Really irritating.
The app works well except that it constantly refreshes back to the home screen so you lose your place. 2013-10-29	Pe*****	I downloaded this app a few days ago and found it really easy to navigate the company's catalogue and fulfill orders. The flip card effect is a nice touch, and easy to get used to. The selection of men's and women's clothing was expansive and high-end, everything I've bought has been high quality, and the customer service was great! I ordered a pair of jeans and they showed up 2.5 hours later right to my door! Can't ask for more than that!
