Just because you go on the US website doesn’t mean you’re getting it from the US. You get it from the UK it takes FOREVER and it’s whatever size they feel like throwing in the box / package . It’s not even the equivalent to the US sizing . Good luck getting through to customer service .

Customer service has been so bad especially for returns that I will no longer purchase ITS. The quality of the clothing has also, for some items, been evidently cheap and not tailored. I am stuck in a never ending email correspondence with incompetent return customer service reps and eventually never get their money back after needing to send tracking numbers, photos of proof of multiple things, name of clothing items, order numbers. You can’t simply process a return and eventually get the refund.

This app needs to have the size and currency in USD like the website version. Also, would like tracking numbers for shipments. I use the app to browse then have to go to the US site to order.
