Recently stopped working. Keep getting error messages and customer service aren’t helpful- advised me to delete and redownload the app only for the same thing to happen.

The app works well except that it constantly refreshes back to the home screen so you lose your place. I could be halfway down the page scrolling through search results and then go into another app to send a text, and when I go back to continue my search, it refreshes to the home page and I lose my progress in the search. Same thing happens trying to do a return, I’ll be filling out the return form, will go to take a picture of a faulty product, then go back to the Iconic app and it refreshes again back to the home screen and I’ve lost my place filling out the form and I have to start all over. Really irritating.
