New on iPhone: every morning, your photos from this day in past years. Add one line about today. No account – everything stays on your iPhone.
Every morning Yesta shows you your photos from this exact day in every past year – the first day of school, the summer by the sea, the birthday five years ago. The pictures are already on your iPhone; Yesta sorts them by the date they were taken. Nothing to tag or organize.
Then one question: What happened today? One line is enough. A year from now it's back – next to the pictures of that day. That's how a diary grows without you ever starting one.
No account. All photo analysis happens on your iPhone; Yesta sends nothing over the internet.
WHAT YOU WRITE IS YOURS
• A note for every day – even days without a single photo
• Speak instead of typing: recognition runs on your iPhone
• A note on any single photo
• Special days: birthdays, anniversaries, days of remembrance. Yesta shows them on their day, even without photos
• Letters to later: a few lines to a day that hasn't happened yet. Until then the letter stays sealed – no preview, no hint
• Backup as a file, saved wherever you like – iCloud Drive, for example. And a way back
• All notes as a text file as well, readable even without Yesta
YOUR LIFE BY DATE, NOT BY ALBUM
• Every day of the past years is within reach – not just the ones an algorithm thinks are highlights
• A calendar across all years, showing at a glance which days have a note
• Your chapters: the weeks you were somewhere else, read from the date and place of your photos
• The whole day as a gallery or a slideshow, photos and videos
• A home screen widget that changes every day
AND FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
• By what's in the picture: beach, Christmas, food, mountain
• By your own words from your notes
• By year, month and day – or all of them together
All of this runs on your iPhone. No picture goes anywhere.
PEOPLE, IF YOU AGREE
Yesta asks before it groups faces. Say yes, and people who are often in your photos get their own page – you give the name. The calendar then shows every day someone was there. Turning it off deletes everything again.
SHARE THE WAY YOU WANT
• One day across the years as a single picture: the shots stacked like instant photos, each with its year
• The slideshow as a video, with or without music
• Or the whole day as a file to another phone: the best photos, downsized and without location. Anyone with Yesta brings them in with one tap
NO ACCOUNT. NO CLOUD. NO SUBSCRIPTION.
Yesta reads your photo library directly on your iPhone. There is no server, no account, no sign-in, no ads. Yesta contains no code that connects to the internet – which is why the privacy label on this page says: Data Not Collected.
We don't see your photos. We can't.
TIDY UP WHILE YOU LOOK BACK
Photographed receipts, IDs and screenshots don't become the picture of the day, and out of ten near-identical shots the best one comes first. Whatever you don't want to see again, you hide – a whole period too. Whatever should go, you delete from your library; for thirty days you can bring it back from “Recently Deleted”. Scanned photos get their date from you.
