FreeRoster

Digital schedules that keep your team in the know.

FreeRoster is free staff scheduling for kitchens, restaurants and any team that works in shifts. Build the week at freeroster.com, post it, and it's on your entire team's phones the moment you publish. No group chat, no photo of the whiteboard, no "wait, am I on Saturday?"

FOR MANAGERS • Post the week once and the whole team sees the same schedule, instantly • Approve time off, shift trades and open shifts in two taps, from your phone • Send announcements and the whole team gets a heads-up • See who can't work before you schedule them • Invite your people with one link or your team code

FOR YOUR TEAM • My shifts: the next shift and everything coming up • Day and Week: who is working, and when • Time off: ask in ten seconds and see Approved right in the app • Availability: mark the days you can't work • Reminders before each shift, and calendar sync with Google, Apple or Outlook • English and Spanish

FREE FOR EVERY TEAM No credit card. No trial. No limit on staff. No ads. Keeping your team informed shouldn't be a privilege.
