TODAY The whole day on one screen: the session, the meals, the practice, the reflection. Nothing else competing for your attention.

JOURNAL An evening reflection and a note on how the day went, in your own words. A short passage each morning to sit with before you start.

BODY 365 days of training at three levels, beginner through advanced, with a full exercise library and shorter rotations for travel days or when time is tight. Log sets as you go. Meals and supplements go in the same place.

MIND Breathing, stretching and sitting practices with timers. Two minutes or twenty, depending on the day you're having.

RING & APPLE HEALTH Optional. Connect to Apple Health to bring your steps, active calories and workouts into your daily practice, or pair a supported smart ring for heart rate. Those numbers sit next to the rest of your day. Arete works completely without either.

PROGRESS Weeks and months at a glance, and reminders at the times you set. Nothing arrives outside those times.

PRIVACY Everything you write stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, nothing sent to a server. There is nothing for us to see.
