THE IDEAS BEHIND IT

The scripts draw on zanshin, the awareness that remains after an action is finished; mushin, a mind that lets thoughts pass without following them; and fudoshin, steadiness that is not rigid. You do not need to know any of this to use the app — sit down, press play, and breathe.
