Adjusting value thresholds triggers a recalculation of data across all views, ensuring the basis for ratings remains transparent. Efficiency charts visualize the relationship between time spent and accepted outcomes for each task, while low-value analysis breaks down time allocation and simulates density changes if a task were removed—helping identify opportunities to shorten or reschedule tasks. A scenario calculator allows for "what-if" modeling of quantities and durations without altering actual records. Income and expenses are tracked separately, and weekly reports summarize time, outcomes, density, and cash balances from Monday to Sunday, providing a comparison against the previous week.
