Users define delivery objectives, deadlines, and budget allocations, distinguishing between mandatory requirements and optional enhancements, while assigning target quantities and priority levels to each criterion. The system tracks actual completion figures, allows for the addition of written observations or on-site photos, and formally records acceptance of the work following inspection. Status overlays visualize completion, evidence, and acceptance stages, clearly highlighting any unmet mandatory requirements. Completion rates are weighted, and optional enhancements are tracked separately so they do not mask shortfalls in mandatory criteria. A cash ledger records USD income and expenses by date, displaying net totals and remaining budget, though these financial figures do not factor into acceptance scoring. Once a delivery report is generated, users can review past assessments, outstanding items, and financial records; any subsequent modifications trigger a notification that the previous report is outdated. This system is ideal for item-by-item verification of actual work and for maintaining a documented basis for delivery acceptance decisions.
