RECRUIT YOUR CLASS Scout a national recruiting class, spend limited hours on visits and pitches, read each recruit's motivations, and close on signing day. Build pipelines, protect your commits, and watch class rankings shift week to week. Every recruit has a story: distance from home, playing time, coach relationships and money all pull in different directions, and the best pitch is the one that answers what they actually care about.

RUN THE PROGRAM Manage 85 scholarships, redshirts and eligibility clocks. Set the depth chart, develop players through practice and game performance, and decide who earns the last scholarship. Boosters, collectives and player payments are part of the job, and so is keeping your stars out of the transfer portal. Hire and fire coordinators, balance the budget, and answer to an athletic director who expects results.

COACH EVERY SATURDAY Play a realistic season with rivalry week, homecoming and senior night. Watch every snap in the broadcast view, or step onto the sideline and call the plays yourself. Manage the clock, go for it on fourth down, and make the halftime adjustments. Conference championships, bowl games and a twelve-team playoff decide your year.

EARN AS YOU PLAY Kick Streak and the Two-Minute Drill are built into the season. Real performance earns Development and Recruiting points you spend on your program.
