The game will randomly kick me off of it then I try and go back in and it’s nothing but black screen after one season

I have had a blast playing this game but I keep running into one thing. CONSTANT CRASHING! At least two to three times every week my game crashes. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and thought it was the fact my phone wasn’t updated, so I updated it and the issue persists.
