Your iPhone has collected years of health data. Health Stats turns it into charts you can actually read — trends, records and comparisons on one screen.

Health Stats is a viewer, not another logger. It reads what the Health app on your iPhone already has and does the part Health never did: shows you what it means.

SEE EVERYTHING, NOT JUST STEPS • 97 metrics — heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, respiratory rate • Weight, BMI, body fat, waist — charted over time • Full nutrition, down to the micronutrient: protein, fiber, sugar, caffeine, water and every vitamin and mineral • Walking and running form, cycling power, swimming, flights climbed, daylight, headphone volume
