View your Apple Health data on your iPhone home screen with Stats - Health, Fitness Widget for iOS. Whether you want to keep track of your daily step count, heart rate; or even your sleep patterns; this app does it all.

Health metrics currently included in the app are; step count, walking & running distance, cycling distance, stairs climbed, active energy, exercise time, height, weight, blood glucose, heart rate, resting heart rate, water, caffeine, mindful minutes and sleep.

MAIN FEATURES:

15 different health metrics including steps and heart rate.
Latest value, line graph and bar chart widgets.
View metric data over different time periods including today, last 7 days and last 30 days.
Small and Medium widgets for every metric.
Dynamic units for each metric.
Light and Dark themes.
Apple Heath integration to fetch health data.

Note: the frequency at which widgets refresh data is controlled by the operating system itself. This is not controllable from 3rd party apps. However, if you manually open the main app and adjust the settings of a metric, this will force any widget to refresh.

Now that the health app is on iPad too, would love this to make widgets available on the iPad too.

I downloaded the app specifically for the weight widget, but the way it displays data makes me not want to use it. Days with no data points are displayed as a zero on the widget so instead of a trend line like you see in the health app, you get large spikes. A trend line that connects data points would be far more convenient.
