It also says when something is worth looking at — the furnace filter, the gutters, the smoke alarms — and it says it quietly. There is no red, no "overdue", and no running count of what you haven't done. Steadwell keeps a record. It doesn't keep score.

APPROXIMATE ANSWERS ARE FINE "Some time in 2019" is a real answer, and so is "before my time". Nothing here asks you for a date you don't have, and nothing looks half-finished because you didn't have one.
