TELL IT WHAT YOUR HOME HAS Answer a few questions during setup — the type of home, and what it actually contains: a boiler, gutters, solar panels, a garden, smoke detectors, a dishwasher, a deck. CasaCare draws on 46 built-in maintenance routines and suggests only the ones that apply to you.

Every suggestion is a recommendation, not a rule. Keep what fits, skip the rest, and adjust the first date and the repeat interval before anything is scheduled.

KNOW WHAT'S DUE The Today screen sorts everything into overdue, due soon and coming up, so you always know what actually needs attention. Get a local notification before a task is due, with the lead time you choose. Postpone something to a date that suits you, or complete it and let the schedule roll forward on its own.

BUILD A HISTORY WORTH KEEPING Mark a job as done and record what it cost, what you noticed, and the invoice that came with it. Over time this becomes the thing most homeowners wish they had: a dated record of when the boiler was last serviced, what the roofer charged, and which contractor you used.

KEEP THE PAPERWORK IN ONE PLACE Store valuations, energy labels, insurance policies, warranties and maintenance invoices alongside the work they relate to. Files are copied into CasaCare and kept privately on your device.

Anything sensitive can be marked as protected: the file, its original filename and your notes are encrypted on this device and require Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode to open.

TAKE IT WITH YOU Export a printable Home Record PDF summarising your home, areas, equipment, schedule, history and documents — useful when you sell, insure, or simply want a copy in the file cabinet. Or export every document you've stored as a single ZIP archive, filed by category. Exports are generated on your device and never uploaded.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NOT BY PROMISE CasaCare has no server to send your data to. There is no account to create, nothing to sync, and no way for your home's details to leave your phone unless you export them yourself. It works the same in airplane mode as it does on Wi-Fi.
