START WITH YOUR ADDRESS Type it once. Public records fill in the year the house was built and how big it is. Your location sets the rest: how hard the water is, when the first freeze comes, how hot the summer gets.

ONLY WHAT'S IN YOUR HOUSE Add the furnace, the dishwasher, the water heater. Point the camera at the nameplate and WellKept reads the make and model off the sticker. If you didn't add it, it never shows up in your plan.

EVERY JOB COMES WITH THE STEPS What to do, in order, with the time it takes and what you need before you start. The common jobs come with a short video.

EVERY APPLIANCE CHECKED FOR RECALLS Each appliance you add is checked against the federal recall database. If one of yours is recalled, you'll know, along with where to get it fixed.

THE MANUAL, FOUND FOR YOU WellKept looks up the owner's manual from the model number and keeps it on the appliance page, with your receipts and warranty beside it.
