Daily log, reminder & streak
Have I taken my creatine today? Satura answers that in two seconds.
One tap logs your amount. The Today screen shows the daily goal, what is already recorded, your streak and how many days remain to the next milestone — nothing else competes for attention.
Beyond the daily check, Satura estimates how full your muscle creatine stores are likely to be. That figure is a calculated estimate shown with an uncertainty band, never a measurement.
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your entries stay on your iPhone.
WHAT SATURA DOES
• Today: daily goal, amount recorded so far, streak, the next milestone with the days remaining, logging with one tap
• Entry sheet: amount in 0.5 g steps, time, optional product and form — powder (monohydrate or hydrochloride), capsule, gummy
• Streak: the days in a row at your goal, the past week as a row of circles — and a quiet moment at a week, a month, a year
• History: entries by day, a month calendar, a 30-day chart with your goal line, every entry editable and deletable
• Saturation: the estimated level over time, always with its uncertainty band
• Outlook: the days in which the estimate is expected to reach the target range at your daily goal — a span, never a single date
• Water: a daily amount you set yourself, counted in glasses and bottles
• A suggested daily amount from your body weight (0.075 g per kg, kept between 3 and 10 g) that you can override at any time
• Kilograms or pounds, following your region
• Questions: what saturation is, whether a loading phase is needed, what a missed day costs — each answer with the work it comes from
• Sources: all 22 cited papers with authors, journal and a DOI link
• Reminders: a daily reminder that only arrives on days with nothing recorded yet
• Apple Health: reads your body weight for the suggestion, and keeps your water in step. Creatine itself is never written back — Apple Health has no category for it, and Satura says so plainly
• Siri and Shortcuts: record an amount, add a glass, or ask by voice for today’s status, your streak or your estimate
• Widgets for the Home and Lock Screen show where the day stands and how long your run is; a Control Center control records without opening the app
• Export as CSV or JSON, and delete your entire history in one step
FREE AND PRO
Free, with no time limit: logging, correcting and deleting, all your entries, the 30-day chart and your share of the daily goal over those 30 days, your current streak, one daily reminder, Apple Health, Siri and Shortcuts, the Control Center control, and everything the widgets show.
Satura Pro adds:
• Logging straight from the widget
• The full saturation history instead of the last 7 days
• Your share of the daily goal over 7 or 90 days, and your longest streak
• Extra reminder times
• Export as CSV and JSON
Pro is available as a yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The one-time purchase is permanent and does not renew.
BUILT LIKE AN APPLE APP
Three tabs, system components, no invented design language. It looks like Reminders and Settings, and that is the point.
ABOUT THE ESTIMATE
The saturation figure comes from a two-parameter model calibrated against Hultman et al. 1996, the only published work covering both the rise and the decline over 35 days. It is a model, not a reading: absolute mmol/kg are never shown, because those can only be determined by biopsy. Every number in the app carries its source, and the Sources screen links each one by DOI.
Satura is not a medical device. It records what you enter and estimates a level; it does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist.
Body weight read from Apple Health is used for the calculation and discarded afterwards — it is never stored.
