Hydro Haven: Hot Tubs & Spas

New and pre-loved hot tubs, swim spas and thousands of spare parts. Own one already? Sign in for your manuals, the parts that fit it and your service history.

Hydro Haven sells new and pre-loved hot tubs and swim spas from our showroom in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, and delivers UK-wide. This app puts the full range in your pocket — and once you own one of our spas, everything you need to look after it.

BROWSE THE RANGE • New hot tubs, pre-loved, ex-display and clearance models • Swim spas • Covana automated covers and Remanso pergolas • Accessories, chemicals, filters and thousands of spare parts

Filter by what actually matters — seats, jets, price — and open any product for a full photo gallery, specifications, the options you can choose and anything included free.

TALK TO A HUMAN Send an enquiry, request a callback or book a showroom visit without leaving the app. Prefer WhatsApp? One tap. Need directions? Also one tap. The showroom is by appointment, so booking ahead means the tub you came to see is filled, heated and running.

IF YOU ALREADY OWN ONE Sign in with your email address — we send a code, so there is no password to remember — and the app becomes the home for your spa: • Your spa, with its serial number, purchase date and the exact configuration you chose • Manuals, documentation and how-to videos for your model • The filters, chemicals and spare parts that fit it — no guessing, no wrong orders • Your service history and the service items coming due • Your order history, including anything still to pay

WHY BUY FROM US Every spa is delivered, positioned and commissioned by our own engineers, and we hand it over with a demo so you are ready to use it the same day. New spas come with two years on the electrical pack plus one year parts and labour. Pre-loved spas are inspected, deep-cleaned and fully serviced, with a 90-day electrical warranty. Finance is available, and over 20 of our spas include a free 5kW air source heat pump that cuts heating costs by up to 75% against a standard heater.
