You can export everything you have entered at any time, or delete your account and all of its data immediately, from You → Data & privacy.

MEMBERSHIP Vital Flow is free to download and includes a seven-day free trial. After the trial, membership is $39.99 per month, billed to your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Dr. Paz may offer complimentary access to people she works with; the membership is available to everyone in the app.
